Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with a passion for ensuring compliance?
In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our Legal and Compliance team by applying your Conveyancing expertise to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and best practices. You will identify and address any compliance risks that may arise, and work proactively to mitigate them by liaising with the Legal Director.
Our ideal candidate will:
Conduct file audits to ensure compliance
Manage post-settlement queries and ensure timely resolution
Provide training and support to our team
Liaise with external parties
Stay up-to-date on relevant legislation and industry best practices
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our compliance framework
Your Experience And Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal or conveyancing role
Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing practices in Queensland
Experience with Actionstep (advantageous)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
