My client are seeking a Law Graduate to join their
exciting
business as a Conveyancing Assistant . The ideal candidate will be a Law Graduate or have some experience within Conveyancing. Offering a starting salary of £24,000 – £24,500 plus annual bonus, genuine

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 – 5

The Role:
* Handling a high volume of conveyancing cases from instruction to post-completion
* Communicating with clients, solicitors and estate agents over the phone and by email
* Handling both freehold and leasehold cases
* Exchanging contracts
* Supporting the team leader with cases
* Using the case management systems
Skills and Attributes:
* Law degree
* Understanding of conveyancing procedures – desirabe but not essential
* Excellent communicator
* Highly organised
*

* Personable and approachable
