Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Conveyancing and/or Immigration Paralegal at The London Solicitors located in North London. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to conveyancing and/or immigration matters, providing tailored advice to clients, and assisting solicitors in legal proceedings. The Conveyancer will be responsible for reviewing contracts, preparing legal documents, and providing legal advice related to property transactions. The Conveyancer will also be responsible for conducting property searches and facilitating property exchanges.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field is preferred but not required
At least two years of experience as a Conveyancer or in a related role
Strong communication and organisational skills along with attention to detail and analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role or legal environment
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to property transactions in the UK
