Conveyancer Pudsey Up to £40,000+
My Client a well established Law Firm are looking to recruit a Conveyancer to join their team. You will have strong skills and experience of handling a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
– Managing a varied caseload from instruction through to completion.
– Liaising effectively and appropriately with the client and third parties.
– Raising enquiries on the title and documentation received and dealing with responses to enquiries.
– Dealing with the following cases;
Sales and Purchases, Freehold/Leasehold, Remortgages, Right to Buy, Transfer of equity
