Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and vendors to secure the best value while minimizing risks.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and align contract terms accordingly.
Monitor contract performance, ensuring obligations are met by all parties.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
Conduct risk assessments related to procurement contracts and recommend mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation of contracts and procurement activities.
Stay updated on industry best practices and procurement regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
Strong understanding of contract law, procurement regulations, and risk management.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industry is a plus.
