Key Responsibilities:
• Draft contractual qualifications for mining and engineering tenders
• Negotiate with clients to finalize contract terms
• Review client contractual terms for compliance
• Mentor team members on contract and claims management
• Assist in drafting joint venture and collaboration agreements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law required
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience needed
• Proficient in contract negotiation and drafting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience with FIDIC and NEC contracts preferred
