ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY | IMMIGRATION LAW
CIMA Law Group, PC is seeking an associate attorney for its immigration attorney in its Phoenix office. The focus of the legal work will be in the area of immigration. Candidates must have a demonstrated interest in immigration law, strong research and writing skills. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and able to manage a significant portfolio of work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills plus the ability to be a dedicated team player are also required. Attorneys with prior litigation experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. Candidates may include those who were successful on the recent Arizona Bar Exam. Interested candidates should provide a cover letter, resume, and 2 writing samples
Position Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years Immigration Practice
Language: Bilingual English / Spanish
JD from an accredited Law School
Must be Bar admitted to practice law in Arizona
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
Manage an immigration caseload
Prepare and file immigration petitions
Communicate with clients
manage paralegals and admin support staff
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
No nights
