Candidate for this position should be willing to work in a fast paced solo law practice for a well-established family law attorney. Duties would include office administration, client contact and litigation preparation. These duties include working with attorneys, paralegals and clients with a series of administrative functions. Candidate should be detailed oriented with effective time management and organizational skills.
– Provide administrative support to attorney
– Prepare and transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and memos
– Organize and maintain legal files and documents
– Assist with legal drafting, including agreements, pleadings, and motions
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
– Manage calendars and deadlines for attorney
– Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in legal matters
– Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness

Skills:
– Knowledge of legal procedures
– Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
– Administrative skills, including filing, data entry, and document management

This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $20.00 per hour
