INTAKE SPECIALISTS
M-F: 9:00am – 5:30pm (PST) is the regular schedule, but we arew flexible
Core duties and responsibilities include:
Answer inbound calls and emails from potential clients;
Briefly request details of the injury in a courteous manner;
Assess qualified leads and make a lasting impression on clients and potential clients;
Follow-up with callers in a consistent and respectful manner;
Submit thorough notes of qualified leads and report large-scale injury leads to attorneys;
Send disengagement letters as needed;
Refer clients with non-personal injury cases to partner law firms;
Requirements:
Organized and neat;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Strong telecommunication skills;
Empathetic, caring and persuasive communication skills;
Able to multitask;
Fluency in the use of computer systems including email programs, internet usage, customer relationship management systems and proven ability to apply computer skills to new systems;
Legal industry background preferred;
1-2 years of stable work experience;
Bilingual (Preferred)
