Contracts Specialist:
Our client is looking for a Contracts Specialist to join their team. This is a remote position working core EST hours.
Contracts Specialist Responsibilities:
Upload and manage supplier agreements (MSAs, Amendments, SOWs) in the Procurement Management System.
Maintain system integrity by generating reports, reconciling contracts, and developing a contract clause library.
Support the development of modular contract templates and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Analyze and translate contract terms into the procurement system, ensuring data accuracy.
Assist in organizing and migrating contract files, supporting quality control processes, and validating contract agreements.
Contracts Specialist Qualifications:
3 years of healthcare experience, reviewing and interpreting complex legal agreements.
Solid understanding of legal terminology and at least 2 years with ERP procurement software (Ariba, Coupa, Levelpath, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience; CSP certification preferred.
Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office Suite with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to engage with diverse groups.
Proven project management skills and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Stellar eye for detail/accuracy to ensure data integrity.
