About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Contracts Officer to join the Contracts, Legal & Compliance team at a leading organization in the aerospace industry. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with contract management in a high-tech international environment that contributes to cutting-edge space missions.
You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide commercial and legal support throughout the lifecycle of various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on commercial and legal matters within projects
Draft and negotiate contracts tailored to project needs
Coordinate smaller bids within budget and timelines
Ensure contract compliance and alignment with internal standards
Stay updated on relevant legislation, trends, and best practices
Work closely with experienced colleagues on innovative contract solutions
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
Approximately 1–4 years of relevant experience in contract management and/or negotiations
A strong desire to learn and grow within the field
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Dutch language skills are a plus, not required
Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
