Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of procurement and commercial contracts.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts while identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
- Interpret complex contract terms and provide practical recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Legal, Engineering, and Project Management.
- Support internal contract approval and compliance processes.
- Negotiate a variety of agreements, including NDAs, goods and services, construction, technical services, and supplier contracts.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial procurement contract management.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and claims management skills.
- Knowledge of commercial risk management and contract law.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
