KOG Law, LLC Seeks Associate Attorney (Edwardsville)
KOG Law, LLC, a defense oriented firm located in Edwardsville, Illinois, is seeking an associate attorney with 3+ years of experience and licensed in Illinois and Missouri (or eligible to be) for its civil litigation practice. The attorney that fills this position will be handling matters in both Illinois and Missouri state and federal courts. The attorney will gain experience in every facet of defense litigation and work on a variety of cases, including but not limited to personal injury, workers’ compensation, toxic tort, insurance disputes, motor vehicle accidents, and products liability. The firm seeks a self-motivated attorney who thrives on new challenges and is eager to achieve. The duties of the position include case work up, case evaluations and review, court/docket appearances, conducting depositions, legal research and writing, and trial practice.
The position requires good standing with the Illinois and/or Missouri bar, skill in case analysis and research and writing, along with a desire to contribute to a positive firm culture and a drive to achieve and rise within the firm.
