Job Overview:
In this role you will support investment actvities by sourcing opportunities, evaluating financial and market data, and managing deal execution. Assists in drafting agreements, coordinating transactions, and maintaining investor relations. Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies through performance tracking and startegic initiatives.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of lender side representation for commercial industries (i.e. experience representing banks or private credit funds in technology, life sciences, or middle market loans).
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Must have experience working directly with an AmLaw 100 firm.
