We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support procurement and vendor agreement activities for a Contract position based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role focuses on coordinating the full contract lifecycle, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure agreements move forward efficiently and in compliance with established requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, experience managing contract documentation, and the ability to work effectively with both external partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee contract files from initial intake through execution, renewal, amendment, and closeout to ensure each stage is properly documented.
• Maintain organized contract records and databases, keeping information current, accessible, and audit-ready.
• Assist with preparing contract documents by collecting supporting materials, coordinating reviews, and following up on required approvals.
• Track key dates, obligations, and deliverables so that contract terms and compliance expectations are met on schedule.
• Support updates to existing agreements, including modifications, extensions, and termination documentation as needed.
• Serve as a coordination point between vendors, contractors, procurement contacts, and internal stakeholders to keep communication clear and timely.
• Conduct due diligence reviews to confirm documentation is complete and contractual requirements are properly addressed.
• Contribute to contract administration processes using designated tools and systems, including Bonfire with training provided.
• Experience managing contracts and related administrative processes, particularly for procurement or vendor agreements.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle activities, including drafting support, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Ability to maintain detailed databases and documentation with a high level of accuracy and organization.
• Strong communication skills for working with suppliers, business partners, and internal teams.
• Project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with contract management and contract administration best practices.
• Proficiency in reviewing records and tracking milestones, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
