Do you want to work for a Global HR Services Outsourcing Company that focuses on Talent Management and Compliance?
Working Pattern: Remote across the UK or Ireland
The role:
Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with suppliers and clients across EMEA
You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the company is mitigating risks, legal compliance and driving business growth.
Working with internal teams, clients and external partners to deliver compliant solutions
Some of these documents will be 100-page + agreements that you will need to go through and pull liabilities

Your experience:
Ideally Degree educated in Law, Business Administration or similar
Strong contract management experience with European legislation knowledge. You don’t need to be an expert in every country.
Experience working in Workforce management, EoR or Global Recruitment companies working on contracts for Payroll, HR, Financial Services, B2B contractors and/or contingent worker agreements
Interview Process: 1-stage interview with the CFO and Operations Director on Microsoft Teams
