In this role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of contracts within the Fixed Plant Construction category. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, managing commercial risk, and delivering value across multiple capital projects.
As the Contracts Lead, you’ll be responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of construction contracts focused on Fixed Plant infrastructure.
You’ll lead sourcing activities, negotiate and implement agreements, and manage contracts throughout project execution. This role also provides leadership to a team of four Contract Specialists and works closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver robust category strategies and long-term agreements aligned with capital project goals
Lead sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiation activities for the Fixed Plant portfolio
Oversee contract performance, proactively resolving issues and driving outcomes
Coach and mentor your team, creating an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth
Collaborate with internal partners to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve project efficiency
Manage a broad portfolio of work with strong commercial governance and strategic oversight

Prior experience in procurement, category management, or contract administration in a project environment is highly desirable
