Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for a Contracts Engineer at Mapa-Limak-CRRC Consortium for the Dubai Metro Blue Line Project. The Contracts Engineer will be responsible for managing contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, resolving contract disputes, and negotiating terms and conditions. Additionally, the Contracts Engineer will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure effective contract administration.
Qualifications
Contract Management, Legal Compliance, and Dispute Resolution skills
Negotiation skills and Attention to Detail
Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement skills
Experience in the rail/metro construction or related industry
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or related field
Professional certification such as AssocRICS, MRICS, ACiarb, MCiarb is preferable.
Minimum 10 years of infrastructure experience is a must
Applicant shall be currently based in the UAE
