Contracts Coordinator Jobs in Remote at A Parent Media Co. Inc.
SUMMARY
This position will work with members, the California Department of Motor Vehicles, Branches, Lending Support, auto dealers, auto sellers and other lenders to perfect title on newly funded auto, boat and RF loans. The position will also support functions related to auto loan payoff quoting and processing, title release, changes in registration and other member issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works to perfect liens on assigned loans
Responds to complex inquiries from other departments, dealers, members, financial institutions, and the Department of Motor vehicles to resolve issues with motor vehicle title and registration
Makes routine trips to the Department of Motor Vehicles on an appointment and non-appointment basis.
Maintains and balances DMV General Ledger.
Keeps worklist and follow up dates current, including unperfected reasons
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
DMV, auto dealership or auto finance experience required.
Knowledge of the State of California Motor Vehicle policies and procedures is helpful
