Role Description The Contracts Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Erbil Governorate, Iraq. This position is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, and maintaining accurate contract records. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners to gather contract requirements, tracking key milestones and renewal dates, and preparing reports and summaries for management. The Contracts Coordinator will assist in negotiating contract terms under guidance, resolving routine contract-related issues, and supporting risk management efforts by identifying inconsistencies or potential exposure in agreements. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with clear, professional communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing contract documents.
  • Ability to analyze terms and conditions, identify risks, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, document management systems) and basic data reporting.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with legal, operations, finance, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in security, risk management, or support services sectors is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Erbil Governorate, Iraq, and adapt to a dynamic operational environment.
