Job Brief:
Manage all contract administration activities. Ensure that all project contracts are drafted in a way that safeguards Company’s interests.
Drive contract terms negotiations with external service providers and provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation and ensure that Company’s internal contract documents are accurate and well-maintained.
Ensure execution of quantity survey activities to ensure that contractual terms of development are met, and in alignment with the design plans.
Validate all contractual claims and disputes raised by contractors, including claims and disputes on out-of-scope materials, and escalate to Legal as necessary.
Ensure timely update of claims records and the preparation of accurate claims’ reports.
Support the technical assessment of contractors and any other external service providers in Asset Delivery.
Guide the development of a strategic plans for project close-out, determining exact project close-out requirements including all the functions to be performed to hand over contract material, supplies, information, documents and other materials and to complete or transfer all activities and processes.
Ensure timely communication of plans and close-out status to project management and owner representatives.
Secure that effective systems and procedures are in place to execute the project close-out process smoothly.
*Role General Accountabilities:
Identify any recurring process issues or discrepancies and makes recommendations to improve current processes.
Perform routine activities within the specified scope.
Receive unit related queries and complaints and act as a point of contact for resolution/clarification of any issues.
Consolidate section/department documentation to update the database on a regular basis.
Participate in relevant analysis to provide necessary information and assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
Help with routine work and escalates issues, as necessary.
Liaise within the assigned team to build effective working relationships.
Participate in preparing reports and metrics to identify potential issues and support in decision-making.
Coordinate with seniors and understand the goals, plan and budgets involved for each assigned project, to ensure all the work carried out is within the budget and in adherence with the plan.
*Education Level:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Law or any related field.
*Minimum Years of Relevant Experience:
4 Years
