As IT Contracts analyst, you will be responsible for operational activities of all DTPS group contracts (framework agreements, license agreements, SOW, NDA, all other formats) and ensure 100% compliance with our internal SLAs.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all DTPS contracts (agreements, SOWs, NDA,NAA, other ) using SAP Ariba contract management platform
- Support DTPS stakeholders in contract processing activities ( creating, approvals, termination, renewals)
- Support IT Contracts manager in preparing monthly reporting of contracts due for expiration
- Engage with suppliers and third party for contracts processing (including DocuSign signing process)
- Support in annual internal/external audit process
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Bachelor’s degree in law; finance; administration or IT
- Min 3+years’ experience managing IT contracts
- Contract management system administrative skills (eg: SAP ARIBA)
- Effective communication skills to interact with DTPS stakeholders
- Good level of knowledge in using Excel
- Basic knowledge in SAP (for PR creation)
- Experience working in a large enterprise environment is preferred
