Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Assistant/Secretary/Clerk to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide support to attorneys and staff

– Manage clerical tasks including, but not limited to:

– Scheduling medical appointments

– Filing and serving medical reports

– Making copies and general office filing

– Foster positive relationships with co-workers and clients

– Handle client inquiries with empathy and professionalism, especially during

challenging times

Qualifications:

Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
