Contracts Administration Manager Jobs in Vero Beach, FL at Communications International, Ci

Firm is seeking a full-time experienced corporate paralegal for our Salt Lake City, Utah office. Duties will include: drafting officer certificates, board and shareholder resolutions and side letters; conducting lien searches and preparing summaries; ordering and reviewing certificates of good standing and corporate charters; preparing UCC filings; drafting closing agendas and organizing closing documents; tracking and organizing signature pages; coordinating closing mechanics; preparing and delivering closing binders; and, making SEC and Blue Sky filings. Duties may also include: entity formation; ongoing corporate maintenance; drafting board minutes and maintaining minute books.

The ideal candidate possesses:

Minimum of three years corporate experience in either a law firm or comparable corporate environment
Prior securities experience desirable • Bachelor’s Degree and/or ABA accredited paralegal certificate
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Strong work ethic, solid interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and ability to self start are required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
