This is a temporary contract thru January 15, 2027, 40 hours per week (EST or CST)
This role will focus on coordinating the onboarding of third-party contractors for short-term assignments that help address seasonal business demand across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple onboarding activities in a fast-paced environment.
This position will partner with hiring teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to help deliver a smooth, timely, and consistent onboarding experience for contractors joining the program.
Requirements
•2+ years of experience in onboarding, operations, recruiting coordination, procurement support, or a related administrative role
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups at once
•Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
•Comfort working across systems, trackers, and spreadsheets to maintain accurate records and status updates
•Experience supporting contractor onboarding, vendor coordination, or workforce administration is a plus
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
