The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in personal injury law, specifically in the state of Ohio. A remote or hybrid work arrangement is available for candidates based near the Cleveland area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtaining, reviewing, and organizing medical records and billing statements
Reviewing and updating cases
Obtaining and assisting with Ohio subrogation liens (Ohio Medicaid/Medicare)
Preparing damage audits and settlement packages
Client intake
Drafting correspondences
Investigating insurance coverage
Requesting and reviewing police reports
Organizing and maintaining case files
Communicating with clients and adjusters
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
