Overview
Susquehanna International Group is currently seeking an Employment Contracts Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with legal, HR, and payroll to help the team deliver a seamless onboarding experience for our new hires and employees.
In this role you will:
Manage the end-to-end contract issuance process for employment agreements from initial drafts through to final sign off for new hires, transfers, and secondees
Maintain a register of contract templates and identify opportunities to enhance and improve the employment contract management process
Review candidate comments and suggest alternative language/responses in conjunction with manager/legal sign off
Track and manage multiple contracts simultaneously and keep a detailed database of finalized contracts with conditions, limitations, and expiries
Work closely with internal legal counsel to ensure contractual terms are kept in line with global internal standards and local legislative requirements
Ensure contract renewals are timely and accurate and are issued using up-to-date template language
Liaise with business heads, payroll, and internal legal counsel about terms of separation and ensure that these agreed terms are documented and communicated to departing employees
Maintain close liaison with the payroll function to ensure that amendments to contracts that impact payroll are updated and reflected in the HR systems
Assist with other employment-related documents, as requested
What we’re looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Legal Contracts review and issuance related role
Strong organization skills and impeccable attention to detail
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team across time zones and legal jurisdictions
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Prior experience with Docu Sign is desirable
