Required Skills & Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in a contracts/commercial law setting managing the complete lifecycle of contracts
• Strong interpersonal skills including verbal & written communication with fellow departments & customers
• Able to produce standard contracts independently and accurately
Job Description:
Assist Contracts Group with preparation and review of contracts (including Qualified Vendor Agreements, Staffing Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, License Agreements, Amendments, Change Orders, etc.);
Update and maintain approved template agreements; manage Contracts Inbox; and conduct basic legal research including corporate entity status verification
Compensation: $38/hr-$42/hr – Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
