Small law firm looking for a VA licensed attorney to work on divorce and family law matters. The attorney must be passionate about using their skills, their creativity, and their litigation skills to help those truly in need and who expect the best. Remote work available. Family law experience is required. Applicants must have their Virginia State Bar license and at least 2+ years’ experience.
Our firm handles legal matters in the following practice areas: Family Law, Litigation, Traffic, Misdemeanor Criminal matters, Estate Planning, and Landlord and Tenant.
Attorney should be knowledgeable and able to handle all phases of civil litigation, including frequent court appearances within Hampton Roads and frequent research and law & motion practice.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in developing skills to handle complex family law matters, including direct client contact and court appearances. Must be willing to be a team player.

– Admitted to the VA Bar;
– Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in family law;
– No prior disciplinary history;
– Creative problem-solver;
– Always seeking to exceed client expectations
– Comfortable with the courtroom setting and it’s procedures;
– Must be able to handle a varied caseload and positively contribute to the growth and profitability of the firm;
– Ability to work as a team and effectively communicate with clients;
– Able to produce high quality written work;
– Able to multitask and manage cases with ease.

– Dedicated and ethical;
– Comfortable in working with Opposing Counsel to negotiate and move cases forward.
