Commercial Litigation Attorney, Counsel Level
Offit Kurman is a Am Law 200 firm seeking a seasoned litigation attorney at the counsel level to join our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of experience handling a wide range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. This role is designed for a highly capable litigator looking for a platform to deepen client relationships, manage cases with autonomy, and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications:
Active bar admission in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey (required)
8+ years of litigation experience in commercial litigation
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Experience managing cases independently, including depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
Ability to work collaboratively with partners and associates across offices
Responsibilities:
Lead or second-chair active litigation matters across state and federal courts
Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
