Contract Paralegal Needed – Civil Litigation (Indianapolis, IN)
Our Indianapolis-based law firm is seeking an experienced Contract Paralegal to assist with discovery in an active civil litigation matter.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, review, and manage discovery materials
- Gather and analyze documents and information from clients
- Draft discovery responses and assist attorneys with case preparation
- Maintain accurate case files and deadlines
- Coordinate with clients and legal team throughout the discovery process
Requirements:
- Prior paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with discovery processes and document management
- Excellent communication and client-interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Travel Requirement:
This position will require periodic travel to the south side of Indianapolis to meet with clients and gather information necessary for discovery responses.
