Contract Manager Job Vacancy in UAE Dubai We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee contract management services, including drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution for various agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts, and experience handling contractual risks, claims, and compliance issues in construction and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
 Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, sub-contracts, consultancy agreements, LOAs, LOIs, warranties, bank guarantees, and other contractual instruments. Prepare and respond to claims, including extension of time EoT, prolongation, acceleration, and abortive works. Assist in formal disputes such as litigation and arbitration, supporting the preparation of statements of claims, legal memorandums, and other necessary documentation. Conduct risk assessments when acquiring land or awarding contracts to contractors, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain strong
document management
processes to control and monitor contracts, claims, and counterclaims on the central server. Provide expert contractual advice on suspension, termination, and other complex legal matters, offering strategic solutions to mitigate and transfer risks. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to draft, review, and respond to contractual correspondences. Lead bi-weekly meetings with the Head of Department to track ongoing contractual matters and pending tasks.
Ensure adherence to organizational Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and
regulatory compliance
.  Required Skills and Experience  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Construction Law, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years experience in contract management, legal advisory, or construction law. Strong understanding of FIDIC and other international contract standards. Experience in handling construction disputes, claims, and arbitration cases. Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and
analytical skills
.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and provide legal guidance on contractual obligations. Proficiency in
document management
systems and contract tracking tools.
Strong communication skills
with the ability to interact effectively with legal teams, project managers, and contractors. Â
