Our client, an International Financial company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Manager focusing on supporting trading agreements, mitigating contractual risks, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. You will work closely with traders, legal counsel, risk managers, and external counterparties.
Duties Include:
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of trading contracts.
Liaise with trading, legal, operations, and risk teams to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives and risk frameworks.
Monitor the progress of existing contracts and ensuring that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations.
Maintain and update contract management systems and databases.
Monitor contract performance and support dispute resolution when necessary.
Ensure contracts comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Assist in the development and improvement of contract templates, procedures, and policies.
The preferred candidate will ideally have experience in trading with strong expertise in law. Fluency in English is required. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to deal with negotiation and reviews of contacts in Switzerland.
