What We Are Looking For
Contract management
- Review and control delivery and service contracts to ensure adherence to agreed terms
- Understand and interpret contractual matters. Provide contractual support to contract owners
- Resolve contractual disputes by preparing detailed documentation and engaging legal teams and relevant stakeholders when necessary
Delay Management and Risk Mitigation
- Identify potential risks within contracts that could lead to project delays and defects
- Monitor contract execution to detect deviations and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address contractual challenges
What Qualifications You Should Have
- Law or Economic degree (with solid legal background)
- Native Hungarian and advanced English language skills or German at a high advanced level
Legal Expertise
- Legal expertise with business background
- Strong understanding of contractual law
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders, clients and suppliers
- Analytical thinking: strong problem solving ability to foresee, identify and issue complex situations
Organisational expertise
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or service provider environment
