Your Main Tasks:
Supporting a range of dynamic commercial contract activities in the SaaS industry
Reviewing and negotiation of agreements
Supporting and collaborating with various JAGGAER Teams, including Legal, Sales, Bid, and Finance
Professional written communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Maintaining legal documents in accordance with company standards and legal requirements
Legal, administrative, and project support, which may occasionally include smaller Spanish/English translations
Contracts and documents management
Your Profile:
Completed legal education.
At least two or three years of relevant work experience, ideally in the Saas industry
Fluent in Spanish and English
An eye for detail and an ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks and projects
Thorough and professional
Ability to work independently and to take responsibility
A team player who embraces collaboration with cross-functional teams in a diverse global business
