Leading Fin-Tech company is looking for a Contract Manager to join their Commercial Legal team for a 2 month contract. As Contract Manager, you will support our team of commercial attorneys and their business partners. This includes managing our NDA requests, signature requests, and maintaining our CLM systems and processes. This role is critical in maintaining our contracting processes, assisting our business partners in their contract requests and ensuring our contracts are completed quickly and efficiently. This position requires extensive experience working with Ironclad.

Pay Rate: $50 – $55 / hr
Job description:
What You’ll Do:
Review NDAs in line with our playbook, using Ironclad.
Manage the signatory process for contracts.
Maintain our processes in Ironclad and Evisort (as an admin user)
Manage our contract repository.
Support our commercial attorneys, as needed, on ad hoc requests from our business teams, including pulling reporting on contract terms and workload from our CLMs.
Required Skills
Experience redlining contracts according to a playbook, and communicating with external parties, including basic understanding of the legal terms found in NDAs and other commercial contracts.
Experience as an Ironclad Admin, including the ability to troubleshoot issues with workflows for attorneys and business partners. Experience with Evisort or Jira, strongly preferred.
Ability to handle a high volume of requests with urgency and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
