Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Manager based in Kuala Belait.
The Contract Manager will oversee drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing various contracts related to the company’s operations.
The responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, monitoring contract milestones, managing vendor relationships, and mitigating risks.
The role also requires collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of contractual obligations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and management skills
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in the Oil & Gas engineering and supply sectors
- Project management and organizational skills, with attention to deadlines and detail
- Interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and liaise with cross-functional teams
- Analytical problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and resolve contract-related issues effectively
- Experience within the Oil & Gas sector preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management, or relevant discipline
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and manage multiple priorities
