About the role: The Contracts Manager / Legal Graduate will support the end-to-end management of legal and commercial contract requests across the organization. The role is responsible for coordinating contract drafting, review, approval, execution, and storage—working closely with UK-based Compliance, Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams. This role is a critical operational function designed to ensure contracts are processed efficiently, consistently, and in line with Clients legal, compliance, and commercial standards.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for contract requests via Teams and Planner, ensuring all required details are captured, tracking status across stages, and proactively following up to resolve delays.
- Draft, review, and manage standard contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, supplier agreements), apply templates/playbooks, handle redlines, and maintain version control.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Finance, Sales, Operations) and external counsel, while managing approvals, stakeholder details, and e-signature processes.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, IP, and liability requirements, while maintaining accurate records and supporting audits/reporting.
- Drive process improvements by enhancing workflows, templates, and tools, and transitioning ad-hoc requests into structured contract management systems.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in legal/contracts/compliance with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Word, SharePoint).
- Basic knowledge of contracts, data protection, and commercial risks is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
