Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, Redlining, and Reviewing Contracts: Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to NDAs, supplier, vendor, and service contracts.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in contracts, ensuring terms align with business objectives and company policies.
Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to negotiate terms and conditions that mitigate risks while meeting organizational goals.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards while keeping meticulous records for audit purposes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal counsel, procurement teams, and other departments as necessary to facilitate seamless contract execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing and administering commercial contracts, with demonstrated expertise in redlining, drafting, and reviewing.
Solid understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must reside in the DMV area (Washington D.C., Maryland, or Virginia) to accommodate the hybrid work structure.
