Polsinelli PC seeks a candidate to fill a Legal Support Specialist opening that is a remote role for an evening shift, provided the candidate is in a state/jurisdiction wherein we practice.
Successful candidates must possess strong initiative, demonstrating an ability to quickly resolve document issues, have strong organizational skills, be able to work collaboratively in a team setting, and can manage multiple projects/tasks at a time. Strong Excel experience is a plus! Legal Assistant or Practice Group Assistant, preferred!
Other essential requirements for this position include the ability to communicate in a professional and timely manner to develop rapport with both team and end-users; maintain strong working relationships; exhibit meticulous attention to detail; handle confidential and sensitive information; and possess strong proofreading and problem-solving skills. Expert-level experience working in Microsoft Office programs are beneficial. Excel and/or PowerPoint power user a plus
Remote position for the below shift:
Tuesday-Thursday: 1:45 PM – 12:30 AM CST.
Fridays: 1:45 PM – 12:00 AM CST.
4-day work week. One hour for lunch.
Requirements
High proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications.
Proofreading experience a plus.
Flexible, team player, positive “get-it-done” personality.
Sound and calm troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated active approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000.
