Contracts Manager
Job Purpose
To lead and manage all contractual activities within the Commercial Team, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal and financial requirements, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and finance to align contracts with operational requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with internal Business Units.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with company standards and legal compliance.
Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from initiation to close-out.
Ensure the contracts internal database is accurate, updated and assessable to correct internal management.
Develop strategies to minimise risk exposure and handle contract disputes effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management within the oil & gas industry.
Extensive knowledge of contracts, procurement, and UAE legal frameworks.
Prior experience as Contracts Manager.
Knowledge of Arabic is desirable but not mandatory.
