Job Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our Legal and Commercial Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to ongoing contract administration. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and legal teams to optimize contract value, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide contract management support across projects and accounts.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and business objectives.
Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contractual risks and issues.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or legal support.
Membership in IACCM (World Commerce & Contracting) or NCMA is a plus.
Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and compliance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel occasionally, as required.
Experience working in a multicultural, global organization is a plus.
