– Job Summary
-Manage disputes, claims, and scheduling delays across multiple projects
-Prepare and justify Extensions of Time (EOT) for delays and inefficiencies
– Ensure contract compliance, define notification requirements, and develop counterclaim defenses.
– Conduct delay analysis and project assessments using Primavera P6-
– Assist in arbitration procedures and lead negotiations for complex claims
– Job Requirements
– 10+ years of experience in contract management
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, advanced studies preferred
Proficiency in MS Office & scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project)
– MSc in Construction Law, MCIArb, or equivalents
– Proven track record in delay analysis, schedule assessments, and report writing
