Salesforce Contract Specialist
What does a successful Salesforce Contract Specalist do a Fiserv?
This seasoned analyst will use their extensive client operations experience to evaluate, measure, design, develop, and maintain training that creates efficient and effective selling teams. This analyst will be a team player, executing standard-operating-procedures (SoP), but capable of adapting to changing business demands. This person will often resolve difficult process issues and always be looking for opportunities to refine procedures. They will interact with senior leadership to advance initiatives, develop relationships across teams, and influence internal teams on the development of standardized procedures. Additionally:
What you will do:
Develop training programs that enable Sellers to adopt Client Operations processes
Influence the direction of internal teams towards investing in processes, technologies, and platforms that better the business
Partner to expand the usage of best practices and tools leveraged in the sales process
Manage ad hoc client operations processes as needed
Create and maintain pricing proposals
Maintain and update Procedures Documents as needed.
Assist with periodic research or analysis to support business goals.
Create Quotes for renewal
Process Wins as a backup
Create documentation and maintain SOP’s for whatever responsibilities performed as primary
Be open to help team whenever needed
What you will need to have:
6-10 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
Experience with training sales organizations
Experience managing projects and programs
Salesforce administration expertise
Excel understanding ( Vlookup, index match, Pivot tables, Sumifs, countifs etc.)
Knowledge of data and reporting tools, such as Excel, others is a plus
Good communication skills and ability to partner with other functional partners such as Legal, Finance, Accounting etc.
Familiarity with process-driven system requirements
What would be great to have:
This analyst should be familiar with client operations technologies, such as Docusign, Microsoft PowerBI, and other contract management technologies. Salesforce.com experience a must.
Power Query, Power Automate, M Language, SQL, Database design and analysis, Snowflake, SAP a plus.
Salary Range
$110,700.00 – $189,700.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
