Contract Manager
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage all project-related contracts.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and project requirements.
Maintain the commercial issues to be aligned with agreed contract.
Resolve contract disputesand oversee amendments when necessary.
Maintain detailed recordsof contract performance and compliance.
Monitor the Contract to ensure it is being executed in accordance with terms and conditions.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of contract law and construction regulations.
Proficiency in contract management software and documentation.
Master’s degree in Contract Management, Construction Law, or Business Administration is an advantage.
Relevant certifications such as CCCM (Certified Commercial Contract Manager), CPCM (Certified Professional Contract Manager), or PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.
At least 10–15years of experience in contract management, contract negotiation, or procurement.
