About You:

Seeking Assistant for a part-time/full-time in-house position who is passionate about supporting and contributing to the growth of the team while providing stellar customer service to clients.–

— Must be able to work on independently and meet deadlines

— Must have experience and able to handle 30 – 60 deals per year

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of the transaction process from contract to close. This includes:

— Collecting and organizing all necessary data and documents to ensure transactions are started promptly and all documents are labeled and complete

— Utilize checklists to manage various stages of the transaction, ensuring transaction compliance, and ensuring all action items are done promptly

— Assist in completing agreements

— Communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, and other vendors while maintaining professionalism and great working experiences and relationships

— Review paperwork, closing statements, and other documentation to ensure error-free transactions

Other responsibilities:

— Maintain and track incoming and outgoing agent referrals to ensure a great experience for our agent partners, following thru until payment is received

— Assist in marketing and event tasks

— Contacting and maintaining team leads through multiple websites and our CRM

— Attending team meetings and occasional client events outside of normal business hours

— Managing a multitude of transactions simultaneously

—Creating a reliable customer loyalty program

Qualifications:

— Excellent employment record

— NC Drivers License

— High School diploma

— Customer Service/Administrative background

— Previous real estate and transaction experience highly valued

— Tech Savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly

— Proficiency with Microsoft products, Google Apps, Social Media Apps, and Web-based applications
