We are helping our client identify experienced Commercial Contracts Attorneys to support leading technology companies on project-based legal work. This opportunity is ideal for lawyers with strong experience in SaaS agreements, technology contracts, GDPR, and commercial negotiations who are looking for flexible, independent work arrangements.
The role involves reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and redlining commercial agreements while advising clients on legal risk and contract terms.
Daily tasks
- Projects vary and contractors can select projects based on availabile projects in the client portal.
- Project-based legal work (fixed-fee per deliverable)
- Self-selection of cases via platform 24-hour turnaround expectation
- Examples of projects: SaaS agreements Vendor and supplier contracts NDAs and data processing agreements
- Commercial terms and conditions
- General contract review and redlining for tech
Qualifications
- Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Poland and be in good standing with the applicable professional bar association.
- 5+ years of commercial contracts experience
- Background with a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company
- Strong experience with SaaS and technology agreements
- Ability to work independently and manage project-based work
