A Contract Executive at MMBL is responsible for managing the contract lifecycle and governance framework in line with the bank's digital-first strategy and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong governance practices to support sustainable growth and operational excellence
What Contract Executive – Mobilink Bank Does?
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with bank clients, fintech partners, technology vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure all contracts comply with State Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and internal policies.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Compliance and Risk teams to address governance and regulatory risks.
- Report contractual and governance breaches promptly and recommend corrective actions.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments (IT, Operations, Finance, etc.) and external stakeholders on contract and governance matters.
- Provide guidance, training, and best practices on contract management and governance processes.
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure timely contract execution and compliance across stakeholders.
What are we looking for and what does it take to be the Contract Executive – Mobilink Bank?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) or an equivalent qualification.
- Certification in Corporate Governance is preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
- Strong knowledge of SBP regulations, contract law, and corporate governance principles.
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong risk awareness and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment.
