Davidov Law Group is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our team as a Medicaid and Probate/Trust Admin Paralegal. This individual must be outgoing, focused, and able to manage a high-volume and time-sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary along with ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Requirements:
2 years’ paralegal experience in Medicaid Qualification, Probate or Trust Administration required with relevant experience in the following areas:
drafting and explaining estate planning documents (wills, trusts, etc.);
drafting Surrogate Court petitions including probate, estate administration, and judicial accountings;
preparing 706 & ET-706 estate tax returns and 709 gift tax returns;
Medicaid intake and application processing for homecare and nursing home apps;
funding coordination of estate plans including transfers of deeds, life insurance and annuity products, and corporate/LLC interests; and
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Notary Public preferred.
