Seeking a commercial law professional to create structured contracting evaluation tasks and deterministic grading rubrics for advanced model assessments across transactional and contract workflows.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop contracting scenarios involving MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and DPAs with defined clause requirements
- Create contract review and negotiation workflows aligned to predefined fallback positions and playbooks
- Build post-signature evaluation tasks including obligation extraction and clause classification
- Produce redlines, abstraction summaries, and structured contract artifacts with verifiable outcomes
- Design deterministic rubrics to assess contract reasoning and drafting accuracy
- Document step-by-step legal reasoning in a clear and structured format
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in commercial or transactional law
- JD and active bar admission or equivalent legal qualification required
- Expertise in SaaS agreements, data protection, IP licensing, indemnity, or limitation-of-liability structures
- Strong experience with CLM platforms such as Ironclad, Agiloft, LinkSquares, or DocuSign CLM
