Job Description
We are seeking Contract Attorneys with corporate and transactional experience to support multiple Atlanta clients experiencing expanded deal flow and rising regulatory demands. Projects range from commercial contracts to M&A support.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
- Review regulatory compliance documentation
- Assist in corporate governance and contract lifecycle management
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active bar (any state; GA preferred)
- 2-7 years corporate/transactional experience
